THE PROBLEM
Arctic Cat needed a space that matched their brand and culture. A culture built on rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty. Attracting and retaining talent had become a challenge with disparate locations in several suburbs. They made the decision to relocate to downtown Minneapolis’ NorthLoop neighborhood, historically filled with artists and advertising agencies, to attract younger engineers, designers and working professionals.
OUR SOLUTION
With a culture that prided itself on being closely connected to their work we developed the phrase or idea "Raw Talent”. This idea became the filter for key design decision making throughout the project. With the idea Raw Talent top-of-mind, each and every area became an opportunity to create a brand experience or mini brand moment. We delivered an expansive vision for the entire headquarters and managed the execution and installation at each and every stage.
