THE PROBLEM

With a twenty year history, a very loyal customer base, but an outdated brand look and feel and not enough space to meet demand, Shampooch’s husband and wife owners decided it was not only time to refresh their brand but grow their business by opening a 2nd, soon-to-be flagship storefront. With a desirable, well-trafficked location in the heart of Minneapolis’West Metro, they were ready to start growing.

OUR SOLUTION

We delivered a brand and space that married form and function. By pulling inspiration from elegant salons and early industrialism, we combined natural woods, white walls, Japanese wood burning techniques and raw metals to create a space that was open and inviting – geared as much for humans as their pet counterparts. External and internal signs and wall graphics along with the idea that much of the space could be instagrammable meant the brand was ready to be shared.
